This project, which is a candidate to be a concept project of Uzbekistan, consists of 3 Stages. The first stage is a housing project of 926 flats, where the living spaces and architectural solutions for the necessary are planned and combined with the traditional solution where modern designs are used in daily life. The second stage is a hotel project and aims to host its guests who will come to the capital of Uzbekistan and to reflect the Uzbekistan hospitality with a new perspective by bringing together the history of Uzbekistan with a modern architectural solution. In the third stage, a shopping mall different from the usual ones is planned here and it is aimed to meet the needs of the large living space project and the people who will live in it.
 The drawing and design works required for the first phase of this project have been completed and each project has been evaluated as a separate masterpiece at the design point. In the first stage, it consists of 5 types of blocks, these blocks consist of Sapphire with 16 floors and Emrald, Diamond-A, Diamond-B and Turquise with 9 floors. In addition, the project was planned as a shop at the lower parts of the buildings facing the street, and a living space was planned for people to find relaxation and peace and have fun. In addition, the most technological solutions for traffic and parking systems, which are among the biggest problems of today, have been planned and implemented. Indoor and outdoor parking lot designs were made and 2 parking areas were planned for each flat. In-building automation systems are planned by technological systems and smart automation systems have been used.

In this project, all kinds of needs for a living space have been taken into consideration and the most useful and original designs by our design team and experienced architects have emerged with the meeting of modern architectural solutions with traditional Uzbekistan lifestyle.
